Sean is celtic, it is a Irish name. at some point in my life, during my younger years I learned Sean is the equivalent of John. John means “Honoring God”. My mother gave me this name not for the meaning but because during the time of her pregnancy she had a crush on a famous Irish actor by the name of Sean Connery.
My Faith in the Most High Creator of all things is influenced by Christianity, Rastafarian, and Taoism. Imagine that and that’s all I have to say. Email me you all that have questions.
Faith:
After the 6th grade we moved back to Virginia. My first year in middle school I got suspended and kicked out of the school I was attending because I lived out of the school district. All of this was discovered when I got into a fight that I was forced into. A few guys in the neighborhood I lived in prior to moving again learned I was cousins with a popular olympic/professional boxer, who went on to become an inductee in the Boxing Hall of Fame in 2008. My cousin also went to that school 6 years prior to my brief attendance. The school I got booted out of was Northside Middle in Norfolk Virginia off of Granby street. These guys figured since he was my kin they would test my boxing skills needless to say they learned winning fights run in the family. Plus I attended a boxing camp the two years we lived in Maryland. The school I transfered to was Rosemont Middle School, in Tanners Creek area of Norfolk. in the middle of my 7th grad year we moved again this time Virginia Beach, Virginia I attended Bayside Middle School for the remainder of my seventh and eighth grade. I ran in to my first puppy love Sirena Coleman there but she had a boyfriend named Scott Handly we all became friends.
Growing up early school life
Elementary School(s):
I went to a few elementary schools because my mother did a lot of moving around when we were little between divorcing and remarrying. Okay now let me stretch my memory the first school I can remember attending was Denby Park Elementary in Newport News, Virginia. We lived in the Denby area, I had sorta a girlfriend there, believe it or not she asked me and she even kissed me (on the cheek). I remember going over her house and playing on some phones that carried our voice signal but you could only call inside the house sorta like a “walkie talkie” with a phone cord (kindergarten). Then it was Pretty Lake Elementary in Norfolk, Virginia’s Ocean View area a.k.a. “OV”. During that time we lived with my mom’s mom (grandma Rose) on Chesapeake street.
Mom gets remarried
Next was South West Elementary in San Antonio, Texas I attended 1st and 2nd grade at this school. I learned I could run really fast my parents allowed me to join the track team and I still can remember my first track meeting at some school. I came in 1st place. Winning that race got me a special friend named Debra we drank coke cola together in a tree house. Then we entered private school my parents bought a house on Tallahassee Drive and we went to Cable Elementary in San Antonio, Texas I remember the school colors were red and white. South West school colors were purple and white. Then mom separated from my stepfather and we moved back to Virginia. Next was Jacox Elementary in Norfolk, Virginia. My teachers at Jacox were Mrs. Alexander 4th grade and Mrs. Lee 5th grade. I stayed in trouble at these schools I did my school work but I half did it the only thing that kept me from failing was the fear of discipline I would get from my mom so I did enough to get by. The neighbor hoods we lived in were full of poor people with broken or screwed up families so there were a lot of bad habits and obstacles. Then I experienced something that confused me about the purpose of life. My Grandmother DIED (My MOMS Mother). I failed the fifth grade because I got suspended allot and I wasn’t focused. Instead of school I focused on a special girlfriend name Sirena Coleman a cousin of a longtime family friend. I really liked Sirena allot but fate would have it I would know her for the rest of my life but I would stop dating her after the 5th grade. Needless to say we moved again. Off to Maryland we went Temple Hills that is, I started the 5th grade again at Sandymount a school that has long been closed and converted to a church Founded By an East Coast T.V. Pastor Cherry an Ex. Marine Officer. I was glad we moved so no one I knew at Jacox could taunt me about failing.
Middle School:
High School
High school wow I made it to High School (pause) Wow I can graduate if i try to apply myself My first year in the ninth grade we moved again from Virginia Beach to Norfolk My mom was having a difficult time but she held on to us. She did not give up. I began to focus not totally but transition was oozing into my mind I started believing in myself I can graduate and possible go to college I transfered to Norview High School. I became a Norview Pilot. I earned my varsity letter in Track and field cross country 3 mile runs in 17 minutes Joe King was a student at our school he was extremely fast I just knew he would be in the olympics, but last I saw him we where in North Carolina he was sponsored by Nike. I haven’t seen or heard from him since. this was the mid 90’s like 1996
Life after High School
After High School I went straight in to the Army Reserve I made this choice because I wanted to get away from Virginia and I wanted to get college finances and it was easier and more interactive. While in the Army I went to Nursing School. Once I finished training I went back home to Virginia and took The LPN State Board Exam. I failed it the first try and the pay for non educated people at that time was seriously low so I had to study hard and take it again that time I got it.
I moved away from Virginia in 1994. I moved to Durham, North Carolina. North Carolina was a beautiful place but down there I ran into a situation that had a negative impact on my life. (Click here to learn more about this). I moved to Baltimore, Maryland in 1997. Funny when I moved there I lived at 1819 Baltimore St. Apt. C My apartment door was in the alley off of Durham St. I started school for Electronic engineering at Tesst College of Technology. There I received Associates in EE. During that period of time I came up with the name of Alleystreet Productions with the help of my oldest brother. This spinned off to http://www.Alleystreet.com the website. from Baltimore St. I moved to Garden village Town Houses off of Sinclair Lane. (Click here to learn more about this).
